Essence of Freedom

Originally created for the TCC Junetheenth Northeast Art competition, where it earned 2nd Place, this illustration explores the interconnectedness of mind, soul, and body. This composition illustrates the profound connection between the mind, body, and spirit as the foundation of true freedom. The dove (spirit) lifts a mask (body) held by a woman, revealing her face partially veiled by vibrant, dynamic hair that flows beyond the frame to represent the limitless nature of the mind.
